Curious Mind Inc. finds opportunity and purpose in bridging living space with living quality. Rooted in its neighborhood’s evolving history, the Dream Space site once served as a beer storage facility in the 1980s and a parking lot in the 1990s—always supporting the surrounding businesses and community.
Continuing this legacy, Dream Space 1 and 2 were developed in 2014 with a focus on cultivating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming residential environment. Rather than pursuing maximum density, the project prioritizes resident comfort, usability, and long-term livability.
With amenities including a welcoming lobby, fitness center, and shared laundry facilities, Dream Space is designed to provide a calm, practical, and pleasant living environment rooted in its urban context.
80년대 맥주 창고 부지였던 현 드림스페이스는 90년대 들어 인근 상권의 성장과 함께 주차장으로 활용되어 왔다. 주거 공간이 삶의 질과 깊은 연관이 있다고 믿는 Curious Mind는, 2014년 입주민들에게 안전하고 쾌적하며 편안한 주거 환경을 제공하고자 드림스페이스 1과 드림스페이스 2를 건립했다.
본 프로젝트는 용적률 확보에만 치우치지 않고, 로비·헬스장·세탁실 등 다양한 편의시설을 갖추어 입주민들의 생활 편의성과 거주 만족도를 최우선으로 고려하고 있다.
